1. Clothing, gifts and shoes will be sent by Royal Mail; nursery items will be charged depending on the item, which will be calculated on checkout and will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers.
2. Postage is free to the UK for non-nursery items with a purchase value of over £50.
3. We post out each working day; you can expect your goods within 3-5 working days; nursery items may take a little longer.
4. If you require your goods sooner, please contact us to discuss options.
5. For international purchases, the site will work out the postage based on a small parcel up to 2kg. If your purchase if larger or heavier than this, then we may have to contact you to arrange additional shipping charges.
6. If for any reason you need to return anything, please contact us so that the best option for returning the goods can be agreed. You will be responsible for the price of returning the item but will receive your purchase price back in full, including original postal charge.
